Accuracy & hallucinations

AI models can produce confident-sounding but incorrect, outdated, or fabricated information — known as 'hallucinations'. Astrological and tarot interpretations generated by Soul Garden are creative and reflective in nature; they should not be treated as objective facts. You are expected to exercise human oversight and critical thinking at all times.

EU AI Act compliance

Soul Garden is designed to comply with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act). Under Article 52, we explicitly disclose that:

• You are always interacting with an AI system, never a human being.
• AI-generated content (text, readings, interpretations) is clearly the output of an automated system.
• We do not use AI for prohibited practices listed in Article 5 of the EU AI Act.
• Soul Garden does not use emotion-recognition AI or biometric categorisation.
• We operate as a general-purpose AI application — our system is not classified as high-risk under Annex III of the EU AI Act.

GDPR & data rightsGDPR Art. 9 — Explicit Consent

Processing your birth data (date, time, place) and secure journal history involves special-category data under GDPR Article 9 (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). We process this data only with your explicit consent, which you provide at account creation. As an EU resident, you hold full rights under the GDPR, including access, rectification, restriction, and the 'Right to be Forgotten' (complete erasure). You can exercise these rights instantly via Settings → Privacy or by contacting our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at soulgarden.mira@gmail.com.

Known limitations of our AI

• The AI has a knowledge cut-off date and may not reflect recent astrological research.
• Birth chart calculations require an accurate birth time; without it, results are approximate.
• The AI may reflect biases present in its training data.
• Responses are personalised to your profile but are not clinically validated.
• AI memory is stored securely but is not infallible — always keep your own records for important matters.
